- Video - they offer a few free videos to introduce you to their program. This gives you a feel for what their course may be like.
- Audio options- I prefer to listen to books on my ipod and this option was improtant to me. Having both the written text version and an audio version was a real benefit to me however the audio is only available with the pricer package.
- email consultations- One nice feature is email consultations, if you can't find help on the forums or didn't buy the package including the forums you may be able to utilize contacting the program directly via email.
